Meet Our Pastor
Dr. Kenneth E. Blair Jr.
Senior Pastor & Founder
Dr. Kenneth E. Blair Jr. is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Greater Harvest Fellowship of Philadelphia, where his passion for preaching the Gospel, developing leaders, and empowering believers continues to shape the ministry's vision.
Dr. Blair accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of ten. In August 2010, he answered the call to ministry and was licensed to preach in April 2011 at Resurrection Evangelistic Church under the leadership of Bishop Allen M. Bowser Sr.
Throughout his ministry journey, he has served in numerous leadership capacities, including Minister of Music, Youth Assistant, and Adult and Sunday School Instructor. In November 2014, he was ordained as an Elder at Resurrection Community Church under the leadership of Bishop Michael Tyson.
In 2020, under the direction of the Holy Spirit and with the blessing of his pastor, W. Lonnie Herndon, Dr. Blair founded Greater Harvest Fellowship of Philadelphia in Southwest Philadelphia. His vision remains centered on equipping believers through Bible-centered preaching, teaching, and service while strengthening families and impacting the community.
Beyond ministry, Dr. Blair has built a professional career in education and organizational leadership, serving as an educator, counselor, human resources director, and business manager. He earned his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management from Peirce College and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. He is also a graduate of the Evangelism Training Association.
Dr. Blair is married to his childhood sweetheart, Minister Delores Blair. Together, they are the proud parents of two daughters, Madison and Morgan.
As a pastor, husband, father, and educator, Dr. Blair remains committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through ministry, leadership, and community impact.

Minister Delores Blair
First Lady
Minister Delores Blair serves as the First Lady of Greater Harvest Fellowship of Philadelphia, ministering alongside her husband, Dr. Kenneth E. Blair Jr., Senior Pastor and Founder.
Raised in the church, Minister Blair accepted Christ at an early age, establishing a foundation of faith that continues to guide her life and service. In March 2023, under the leadership of her husband and pastor, she was officially licensed to preach the Gospel, marking an important milestone in her ministry journey.
Minister Blair's dedication to serving others extends beyond the church and into the classroom. Since 2007, she has devoted her professional career to educating and nurturing children, helping to shape and inspire the next generation. She currently serves as a first-grade teacher at a Philadelphia charter school.
She holds a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Gwynedd Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Peirce College.
Minister Blair is the proud mother of two daughters, Madison and Morgan, who also serve faithfully in the ministry at Greater Harvest Fellowship.
Through her faith, dedication to education, and commitment to ministry, Minister Blair continues to serve as part of Greater Harvest's mission to equip believers, strengthen families, and advance the Kingdom of God.
